Initial point of contact for troubleshooting network applications and hardware and software PC and printer problems
Setup computer systems for new users and instruct on access to company systems including, email, and desktop applications
Remote troubleshooting and application support
Assist with the support of the IP based phone systems – setup of new users and office moves
Support users’ mobile communications devices including mobile phones
Assist with support of multi-function office printers and desktop printers
Make recommendations and implement enhancements for increased up-time, performance and reliability
Experience with Office 365/Microsoft Azure highly desirable
Ensure all end-user equipment is kept up to date with security patches and feature upgrades
Logs all help desk interactions, tracks and routes problems and requests and documents resolutions.
Bachelors degree in related field
