Experience Requirements:

  • Experience in standard help desk procedures
  • Initial point of contact for troubleshooting network applications and hardware and software PC and printer problems 
  • Setup computer systems for new users and instruct on access to company systems including, email, and desktop applications
  • Remote troubleshooting and application support
  • Assist with the support of the IP based phone systems – setup of new users and office moves
  • Support users’ mobile communications devices including mobile phones
  • Assist with support of multi-function office printers and desktop printers
  • Make recommendations and implement enhancements for increased up-time, performance and reliability
  • Experience with Office 365/Microsoft Azure highly desirable
  • Ensure all end-user equipment is kept up to date with security patches and feature upgrades
  • Logs all help desk interactions, tracks and routes problems and requests and documents resolutions.

Education Requirements:

Bachelors degree in related field
