Helpdesk Specailist I - III (Entry, Mid, and Senior Level)
Experience in standard help desk procedures. Logs all help desk interactions, tracks and routes problems and requests and documents resolutions. Experience as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting network applications and hardware and software PC and printer problems.
- Level I - A.A. (may substitute with a High School diploma equivalency with at least 18 months related experience)
- Level II - AA
- Level III - B.S. or B.A. in a related field and IA certification in accordance with DoD Instruction 8570.01M.
Note: *experience may be substituted for degree requirements: four (4) years related experience for Bachelors; seven (7) years related experience for Masters; ten (10) years related experience for Doctorate. In addition, two (2) years related experience can be substituted for an Associate degree.
