Experience Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum of 0-3 years.
  • Prepare invoices based on customer requirements with specified due dates.
  • Process A/P and travel expense reports.
  • Assist with month-end close by preparing journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • Cross-train to provide backup for outsourced payroll and A/R functions.
  • Track project costs and prepare monthly cost reports.
  • Ability to successfully interact with management, co-workers, customers, and vendors.
  • Organized and able to track and meet multiple deadlines.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting
